The more I seek

Recently I stumbled unto this song and fell in love with it right away. I know for guys sometimes its hard to express their love to God with lovey dovey words and actions. Most Men like to look 'tough' get into the spiritual warfare, fighting the demons and these kinda stuffs but if there's one thing we can learn from the women in this generation is to just learn and sit beside the feet of Jesus and just love him, and being in His presence. Just like Mary who is a worhipper that seeks to be with Jesus rather than being 'busy' serving.

Do we often express our love to God these days? Or His love for you? We can get busy with focusing on mountains, problems, promises. I love what John Mark Mcmillan wrote on his song 'How He loves us' I don’t have time to maintain these regrets, When I think about, the way ...He loves us,

I know its weird but I just find myself laying on Jesus's lap as I sing this love song to Him and my heartcry was what is written in the lyrics of the song. Guys.. its ok to express your love to God and even through this lyrics.... its what makes Guys Beautiful, just to love Jesus and expressing your love to Him. Guys can be strong, wild, tough and yet beautiful at the same time you know? :)

So this is the song I found and thought you all might like. Be blessed :)

The More I seek You- Gateway Worship
The more I seek you
The more I find you
The more I find you,
The more I love you
I wanna sit at your feet
drink from the cup in your hand.
Lay back against you and breath, hear your heart beat
This love is so deep, it's more than I can stand.
I melt in your peace, it's overwhelming

Trust God for who He Is

Yay finally got my internet, we just got our ADSL2+ yesterday.... so the saga of moving houses, buying new furnitures and clothes are all done. yay! Now I'll be able to update this blog and might even be thinking of changing the skin hehe.

if there's one thing I learnt through all this is that sometimes we suffer, face trials,hardships.... we pray for an outcome, we pray for God to do this and that. All these are good but there are times we can get sidetrack and focus on the outcome rather than the person. We should remember to trust God for WHO HE IS and not only What He does. consider not the situation but How much He loves us and for God to show us His character through all this, then he will reveal His greater purpose.

Trusting God for who He says He is will bring about the destiny he has for you and not force things to happen before its time.

"Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell me if you know so much
Who determined its dimensions and stretched out the surveying line?
What supports its foundations, and who laid its cornerstone
as the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy?"
Job 38:4-7
